Shipping

We currently ship within Canada only. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days ship the same day via Canada Post Expedited Parcel or Xpresspost, depending on your location.

• Standard (2–5 business days): Available nationwide
• Express (1–2 business days): Available in major centres

All orders are shipped with discreet, temperature-appropriate packaging to maintain product integrity.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns on opened products. If your order arrives damaged or there is a purity concern backed by independent testing, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve it.
